"There are a million real estate agents out there and it is hard to find a good one. Most are going to run through the usual channels, go by the playbook and hope for the best. A first-time homebuyer with only 3% to put down on an investment property in a competitive market like Portland is not going to get very far without some out-of-the-box thinking and some good old fashioned detective work to find the hidden deals that DO exist (in any market condition). We lost a few deals, Davian helped me manage the frustration and keep looking. If we didn’t agree on something, he was honest with me, and I felt security in the fact I could trust his expertise. Davian started looking at properties that, at face value, wouldn’t be appealing to the out-of-state or the cash-buyer that I couldn’t compete with. He made calls and dug into the reasons why these properties were still on the market, and after a few tries we landed on one. An absolute pit bull of a negotiator, Davian secured me a solid deal on my new home in Portland, which will be a great rental after some minor cosmetic repairs. While it was under contract, he even made a point to keep stopping by the place whenever it rained or snowed to make sure everything was dry in the basement. Buying a home is a stressful process, there is no avoiding that. Buying a home with Davian mitigates this stress. 10/10 recommend. "
